Meet our Summer Youth Leadership Team

Anna Adams serves as the Director of the NCC Summer Youth Leadership Program. She is passionate about investing in the next generation and helping students grow as leaders, servants, and followers of Christ. Anna has extensive experience working with youth through church ministry, camps, leadership development programs, and community outreach. She currently serves in ministry and has dedicated much of her career to mentoring young people and helping them discover their God-given purpose.

Jackye Delgado is 19 years old, a graduate of West Morgan High School, and a sophomore at Calhoun Community College, where she runs track and plays soccer. She has been part of the Summer Youth Leadership Program since age 9, serving as a helper, participant, and now intern. Jackye enjoys dancing, pickleball, and working out. Her dream is to help youth and support mental health.

So far, students have begun studying The End of Me by Kyle Idleman, explored the Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount, participated in leadership development sessions, completed team-building challenges, and served through opportunities such as Camp Hope. Students have also worked on goal setting, time management, communication skills, and personal growth.
In the weeks ahead, students will continue Bible study and discipleship, participate in service projects throughout the community, learn practical life skills such as budgeting, banking, résumé building, and job preparation, hear from guest speakers, and take part in fun competitions and leadership challenges. Our goal is to equip students not only for success in school and future careers, but also to become Christ-centered leaders who positively impact those around them.

Investing in the Next Generation: Summer Youth Leadership Program
As we prepare for another incredible summer, we have been overwhelmed by the encouragement, prayers, and support already shown by so many churches, businesses, volunteers, and community partners. Because of your generosity, students will have opportunities they might not otherwise have.
There are still many ways to be part of this year’s program beyond traditional giving. Some supporters are sponsoring lunches, providing snacks, donating restaurant gift cards, leading workshops, supplying school materials, or simply praying faithfully for the students and staff each week. Every act of kindness helps create a summer our youth will never forget.
