2. Click create a ‘New Account’ (if you don’t already have one)
3. Fill out the form and follow steps to verify your account
4. Sign in to your new account and click ‘community’
5. In the Alabama box click ‘enroll now’
6. Fill out the form with required information
7. Enter the NCC code: 102853 and select the NCC
8. Shop and Swipe!
